Mouse Tweaks

Mouse Tweaks is a very helpful utility mod that can be used to save a ton of time and effort while dealing with inventories and while manually moving and sorting items. The mod replaces the standard right mouse button dragging mechanic, and adds two new left mouse button dragging mechanics. It also adds the ability to use the mouse wheel to quickly move items. If you hold the right mouse button and hover an item stack over an empty slot, an item will put into the slot. In vanilla, only one item will be put into a slot, but with this mod installed, you can hover over a slot for the second time to add more items. Next, you select an item and drag it across the inventory while holding left click and all items of the same type will be picked up. And there's more. You can tweak all of these behaviours to liking using the configs. This mod offers versions for both Forge and Fabric. The download links given below will lead you to the official curseforge downloads page and you can download your required mod version. You can find more info regarding the configs and setting there too.

Mod Menu

If you use the Fabric modloader, then Mod Menu is a must have. Mod Menu does exacly what its name suggests. It adds a menu, which contains a list of mods that you have along with customization options that the mod privides. By using Mod Menu, you can even customize your mods in-game. All you have to do is to pause the game and select the "Mods" option from the list of options. This will open up a screen with a list of your mods. From this list, you can select a mod and customize it (if the mod provides an option to do that). Most Fabric mods recommend ModMenu as an optional dependency to customize them.Download links for this mod are given below.

Ok Zoomer

OptiFine has a feature where you can press a keybind to zoom in your camera. What happens is that the game FOV is reduced as long as the keybind is being held down. Unfortunately, Fabric performace mods like sodium does not offer this feature. Ok Zoomer is a Fabric alternative for the OptiFine zoom. With this mod installed, you can set a keybind to zoom in your view. This mod easily outbeats the OptiFine zoom with its features. You can use ModMenu to set a zoom animation, add motion blur, manually set your zoom FOV, etc. Download links for this mod are given below.

Clumps

Have you ever built an end based enderman XP farm? If you have, you might have noticed the heavy lag caused by the XP particles. In vanilla Minecraft, XP orbs have a cooldown. That means players will not pick up XP orbs immediately. There's a cooldown which will cause XP orbs to sorround the player and this results in a noticeable amount of lag and framedrops. The Clumps mod will help you overcome this issue by clumping the XP orbs into a single entity. Orbs that are near to one another will clumps into one. Also, these clumps are instanly picked up by the player upon contact as there is no cooldown. This reduces lag and improves your gameplay experience. This mod offers version for both Forge and Fabric. The download links given below will take you to the official curseforge files page from where you can download your required version of the mod.

FastWorkBench

FastWorkBench is a Forge mod that improves the performance of all crafting related functions in Minecraft. The 1.12 update introduces a bug where shift-click crafting a stack of items causes a momentary freeze. This mod fixes that issue. FastWorkBench does more. The mod causes all crafting operations to cache the last recipe used. Hence, improving game performance. This mod will also remove the crafting recipe book button. But you can turn it on in the configs if you want.Download links for this mod are given below.

Toast Control

The Toast Control mod is a simple mod that helps you adjust the appearance of Toasts. Toasts are the achievement bars that slide in onto your screen when you complete a specific achievement. Some of them are easy to unlock, while some are very hard. Toasts that appear after the completion of a hard achievement gives the player something to be proud of. But the easy ones are not-so-welcomed by many players as these are generally annoying. For example, a toast will appear when the player touches water for the first time in a Minecraft world and unlocks the recipe for boats. There are many other similar toasts that appear upon unlocking a recipe. This mod removes all of them. Furthermore, you can use this mod to change the transparency of the toasts.Download links for this mod are given below.

LambDynamicLights

Dynamic lighting is a feature that allows light emitting items to light up their sorrounding while they are being held by the player or if they are dropped on the ground in their item form. OptiFine has this feature and you can enable it in the settings. Unfortunately, Fabric performance mod Sodium does not offer this feature, but you can add it to your game by using the LambDynamicLights mod. This mod adds dynamic lighting to your game, so that you can go mining with torches in your hand. The torch in your hand will light up the sorroundings, and you will not have to place them around to see properly. The same applies to any light emitting block in the game.Download links are given below.

Sodium Extra

Sodium is one of, if not, the best performance mods for Minecraft out there. Before Sodium, OptiFine used to be considered the best performance mod, but Sodium managed to prove itself better by giving you more framerates. OptiFine settings gives you a wide range of control over your game's appearance and performance. Unfortunately, sodium lacks some of these options. But not anymore... Sodium Extra brings you most of the settings/options that OptiFine provides. All you have to do is to add this mod along with regular sodium to your mods folder.Download links are given below.

Faster Ladder Climbing

No matter how advanced you are in your Minecraft world, ladders are slow. Eventhough the sole purpose of ladders is to allow you to climb vertical heights, it is rarely used for that purpose because of how slow the climb is. Most players tend to go with faster alternatives like soulsand water elevators or slimeblock launchers. But there are a few players that like to keep up with the aesthetic of their builds. And the Faster Ladder Climb mod is for those who still want to use ladders to climb vertical heights. This mod simply increases the speed in which the player climbs a ladder. This is very helpful and makes ladders a bit more useful. This is a Forge mod and download links are given below.

GoProne

You can use a trapdoor trick to glitch your Minecraft character into a crawling position and crawl through 1 block tall spaces. You can also use water to get into a swimming position to acieve the same results. The Minecraft character can run, jump, swim and even fly using elytras. It only makes sense that the same player can also crawl on the ground. The GoProne mods adds an option to make your player go into crawn mode so that you can crawl through 1 block tall spaces without relying on glitches. Once you install the mod, head over to your control settings and assign a keybind to the crawn action. Once you do that, you can press the shortcut key to make the player go into a crawling position. This is a Forge Mod and download links are given below.

Uncrafting Table

The Uncrafting Table mod adds a new workbench into Minecraft, named Uncrafting Table. You know that the crafting table is used to combine/convert raw materials into useful stuff. The uncrafting table does just the opposite. Using the new table, you can uncraft items to obtain the raw materials that were used to craft them. For example, a diamond block can be uncrafted to give you nine diamonds. Similarly, you can place four oak planks in the uncrafting table, and it will give you back a wooden log. This is what the mod does. This mod offers versions for the Fabric mod loader and download links can be found below.

Vanilla Hammers

Vanilla Hammers adds a bunch of new hammers into your game. These hammers come in fourteen different variants, including wood, stone, iron, gold, diamond, netherite, emerald, lapis, quartz, obsidian, prismarine, fiery, slime and ender. These hammers can be used to mine a 3x3 area of blocks. When you use a hammer to mine a block, all of the eight blocks around that block will be mined too. You can see the block breaking animation on all nine of these blocks. A single block can be mined by pressing and holding down the keybind for crouch while breaking that block. The stats of the hammers grow as the material used to craft them gets rarer.
