Ore And More (OAM) is a Minecraft mod that enhances your mining and progression experience with brand new ores, armor sets with unique effects, powerful tools, and more!

This mod brings a fresh sense of progression to your world, offering new resources to discover deep underground and in the furthest corners of your world. Each ore comes with its own unique properties, crafting materials, and tools, giving players exciting new reasons to dig deeper and explore further.
Ore and More is also inspired by Terraria and is compatible with the Armageddon Mod !

Ore And More is a mod that adds new ores, new tools, weapons, and armors — each with their own special effects to improve your mining and adventure experience.

When you start exploring your world, you’ll find new ores like Demonite, Auric Ore, Chlorophyte, Ruby, Sapphire, Rose Quartz and Fire Amber, alongside vanilla resources such as Amethyst, Copper, and Emerald :

Demonite

Demonite is one of the rarest and most powerful ores in the mod, found deep underground near lava. It requires a netherite-level pickaxe and can be used to craft incredibly strong armor, tools, weapons, shields, and even a unique crown. Players looking to mine it efficiently may find TNT helpful for uncovering it faster.

Chlorophyte

Inspired by Terraria, the Chlorophyte is an exceptional ore that spreads over time when placed next to mud. While extremely rare at first, this mechanic allows players to farm it efficiently once they find their first deposits in the jungle.

Auric Ore

Auric Ore is a special mineral that isn’t naturally generated but must be crafted through a specific process. Players need to combine a block of raw gold, a block of raw iron, and a block of ancient debris in the right pattern to create an Auric Ore Block (refer to the "Images" section for details). Auric tools have a powerful ability to summon three lightning strikes upon right-clicking, and the armor set provides additional special effects.

Ruby

Ruby is a gemstone with unique healing properties, appearing between y: 1 and -58. Ruby armor grants permanent Regeneration I, while using a ruby tool with right-click provides a temporary Regeneration II effect with a cooldown. This material can also be upgraded to Netherite-Ruby gear, which enhances its healing abilities.

Sapphire

Sapphire is a water-themed ore that provides great benefits for underwater exploration. Found between y: 1 and -58, sapphire armor grants Water Breathing I, Conduit Power, and Dolphin’s Grace, making it ideal for ocean adventures.
Like ruby, it can be upgraded to Netherite-Sapphire gear for increased durability and effects.

Fire Amber

Fire Amber is a rare Nether gem found in crimson and warped forests. It is essential for mining Demonite, as Fire Amber pickaxes have netherite-level mining power. Fire Amber armor provides permanent Fire Resistance, while its tools set enemies ablaze on hit.

How To Craft Armor

Aesthetic collectors will appreciate Rose Quartz, a decorative ore found in deserts. While its properties are similar to iron, it features a distinct pink coloration, making it a stylish choice for builds and armor sets.

Each ore can be processed into ingots and gems, which you can use to craft new gear. Every armor set comes with its own passive effect when you wear the full set (Speed, Regeneration, Fire Resistance...) adding new ways to improve your exploration, combat, and survival.

The mod also adds new tools and weapons made from these materials, offering better stats and abilities compared to vanilla equipment like Katanas, Hammers, Scythes and the Dragon Slayer from Berserk !
