Tinker tool leveling Mod

Tinkers’ tool leveling is a mod that directly upgrades Tinkers construct with the ability to level up your custom-created tools. When you are using the item in its intended way, you earn experience points that, after reaching certain milestones, increase your proficiency with the tool. After your tool gets its new level, it gets an upgrade point which you can then use to place another effect into your tool. 

Note: Mod requires Tinkers construct and Mantle to work correctly!
