Shade Into Darkness Mod

It is very much agreeable that Minecraft lacks the aspect of horror. Certain parts of the game offer jump scares and intense life-or-death experiences, but a truly fearful experience is missing. But not anymore!

The Shade Into Darkness mod is a horror mod that introduces a new scary monster into the game. This is a dark blue colored stalker, whose only goal is to hunt you down.

The new Blue Enderman is a stalker who will haunt you throughout your world. Wherever you go, you have to watch out for it. The swift movements make it hard to attack them, and before you know it, you are dead. The mod also adds a crawling variant of this stalker.

The stalker has a dark shade of blue which makes it extremely difficult to see them in the dark. You are lucky if you can see an outline of their shape lightly drawing through the fog. The glowing eyes of the stalker will stand out in the dark. So always watch out for eyes in the dark.

The stalker's operating methods are very much similar to that of endermen. The swift movements, combined with repeated attacks, will make it a challenge to escape. The crawling variant have eyes that point upwards, which makes it difficult to spot even the eyes, unless they are very close.

Furthermore, the mod also introduces a new biome into the game. This new biome is themed around the stalker and has a very similar color theme. A collection of new blocks are introduced by the mod.
