Blur

Blur is a simple mod that will add a blur to the GUI backgrounds in your game. The vanilla GUI backgrounds are just regular game visuals with a dark overlay on top. Many players find this distracting and unsettling. The Blur mod blurs out the backgrounds behind a GUI. The blur is aesthetic and visually pleasing. Even the death screen that appears after a player dies, has been blurred. Earlier there used to be just a red overlay. The blur strength can be adjusted in the mod configs. Although, I personally think that the default blur value looks the best.
