Luki's Ancient Cities Mod

Locating an Ancient City and surviving the warden was supposed to be one of the hardest challenges in the game. But the experience is not very exciting as players had anticipated. Do you think Ancient Cities in the game should be overhauled?

This mod completely overhauls Ancient Cities. The cities now have a more definitive layout that consists of multiple towers connected by a grid-like arrangement of elevated walkways. These walkways are decorated with crafting tables, barrels, pots and candles that help show the pathways.

Inside the towers, you will come across certain detailing elements like skulls, bookshelves, rotten plants, etc. It is very well noticeable that the new overhauled ancient cities are decorated inside-out.

While the towers and pathways stand elevated from the floor, other elements can be found on the floor itself. You can find mini-bases located at the ground level. These bases are reminiscent of the past explorers who have explored the ancient city and failed to survive. This might explain the human skulls found inside the towers...

While many of the barrels and blocks found on the pathways and inside the towers are empty, some chests that are located at specific areas of the structure might actually contain valuable loot.
