Luki's Strongholds Mod

Strongholds house the End portal and therefore is an important structure in the vanilla survival game. But this structure has not received any decent update ever since it has been first introduced into the game. Do you wish to see new and improved strongholds in your game?

The strongholds generated with this mod installed are larger than the vanilla ones. They are filled with large compartments and long hallways. There are also a lot of hostile mobs waiting to attack you. In combination with the confusing layout of the structure, these monsters can attack when you least expect it.

The design of the stronghold itself is very well detailed. The attention to detail put in by the designer is well noticeable. Within these design elements, you will find treasure chests that hold valuable loot. But watch out for the monsters!

The End portal itself is placed inside a large hall with the portal in the center. The lava pit below the portal concept from the vanilla stronghold placement can be seen here as well. The hall housing the End portal is also well-decorated with overhead chandeliers, statues, and more!

Additionally, within these strongholds, you will come across plenty of trial spawners and vaults. Using the correct key type, you will be able to unlock these vaults to collect valuable End themed loot like phantom membranes and dragon's breath. But watch out for the monsters summoned by the trial spawners.
