Minecraft villagers are very much tolerant. You can simply walk into a village and slay a villager at the centre of the village and no one will bat an eye. The largest consequence that you will have to face is the Iron Golem, a mob which is ridiculously easy to slay.

But the Tax' Angry Villager mob changes the game. Villagers no longer stay unhinged when one of their members are killed. With this mod installed, killing a villager will enrage the entire villager. Every single villager around you will try and kill you. The enraged villagers will be equipped with weapons. The weapon that a villager holds is dependent upon the profession that he had.

This new dynamic will make the game much more challenging, as looting a village now comes with the risk of getting killed.
