This resource pack turns spiders into Arachnes, and you can even ride one by using a name tag on the horse mob (Lists inside the pack file)

The Spider model draws inspiration from the Greek mythological figure Arachne. In Greek mythology, Arachne was a mortal weaver who boasted of her skill and challenged the goddess Athena to a weaving contest. Athena transformed Arachne into a half human, half spider as punishment for her arrogance. This origin ties into the model's ability to "weave" or generate text, reflecting the myth's themes of creativity, competition, and transformation.
