Vanilla Evolved Texture Pack

Many texture packs change the appearance of the game massively. But only a very few packs manage to achieve an appearance that looks new, but very much vanilla-friendly. They make the game look much better without straying away from the vanilla feel of the game. The Vanilla Evolved pack is one such resource pack.

This pack makes the game look a lot more detailed. The darker parts of the textures have been made darker so that shape and detail stands out very well. This can especially be noticed in the case of wooden planks, where the textures now seem to have a lot more depth. 

The pack comes in the vanilla 16x resolution, and therefore has little to no impact on performance. You will notice no additional frame drops and lag when you compare it with the default vanilla textures. Unless you want to use all the features, using OptiFine is not a requirement.

Additionally, the pack also alters the textures of blocks in the Nether and End dimensions.
