Mosslings And Villages

Mosslings and Villages is a mod that introduces a variety of new creatures called "mosslings" to Minecraft. These adorable creatures come in different types, each with a specific color of the flower on their head or body. To tame them, you'll need to offer them a similar colored flower, ore, or gem. For example, the Mossling Warrior has a blue flower on its head and can be tamed with items like lapis lazuli, diamond, blue orchid, or cornflower.

Unlike other mobs in the game, mosslings don't spawn randomly in the world. Instead, they appear in their own custom villages, which generate similarly to vanilla villages but with their own unique structures made of mushrooms, moss, and boulders. In these villages, you'll find mossling eggs placed in or next to the structures. You can leave them to hatch on their own or collect them from replanting wherever you like. However, the eggs will only hatch if they're placed on specific blocks like grass, gravel, hay bales, moss blocks, or at least two blocks deep in water.

You'll also come across other mossling structures like forts and towers while exploring the world. With this mod, you can collect and breed mosslings, create a small army of them, and even find new structures to explore.
