This pack turns the Phantom mob into a remastered version. There are 8 total micropack modifiers that change the phantom model inside the pack file

Theres also BEDROCK VERSION inside the pack file, and then make sure to extract the bedrock resource pack as it also contains 8 files that has different models. 

The phantom models are based on the black dragon from the how to train your dragon movie, and the rest are based on few military planes such as SR-71 Blackbird, F-14 Tomcat, and Eurofighter jets. There are 2 types of wings, either its small, or big. Unlike other packs that drastically change the phantom model and texture (No hate, i love those better mobs pack), this one does its best to keep the mojang style of phantoms while still collecting references from dragons and jet fighters.
