Shadow Effect is a unique texture pack that focuses on giving depth to Minecraft blocks, without having to use shaders or 3D textures. The pack comes in a 16x16 resolution. This is the same resolution as the vanilla textures, and therefore this pack will have no noticeable impact on your game performance. It is recommended that you use a shaderpack along with this pack, as it will help further enhance the beauty of this pack. Even a very lightweight shaderpack will. I would recommend the MakeUp UltraFast Shaderpack as it works well with this pack.

Installation

1) Download the texture pack.

2) Most texture packs require Optifine, so make sure to install it.
