Ruins Mod

The Ruins mod adds ancient ruins to your Minecraft world. These are mostly damaged and destroyed old monuments and houses. This mod adds structures without adding any new blocks, keeping the authentic Minecraft look alive.

These ruins include woodless houses, made with mossy and normal cobblestones. Lava pits also spawn randomly in the world, presenting lava leftovers. You can also find destroyed farms and ponds in forests, that are the remnants the old civilization that once lived there.

Some ores might also spawn naturally on the world surface, showing that they were once tall mountains, now covered with dirt and sand. You can also find many more random statues and structures spawning in the world.
