Beyond The Stars Mod

Have you ever wanted to explore a magical wonderland in Minecraft? If your answer is yes, the Beyond The Stars mod is for you. This mod adds a new dimension into the game, the Star Haven, that is completely different from the vanilla dimensions. Let us take a look at the new dimension in detail.

Entering the Star Haven

The mod utilizes the large portal located at the center of Ancient Cities as an entry to the Star Haven. To begin, clear any overgrown sculk veins from the portal, making sure the space inside the portal frame is empty. Then you can light the portal using the new Sculk Igniter item. 

Once you enter the lit portal, you will immediately find yourself falling down through some colorful islands. Do not worry, as you automatically get the feather falling effect applied onto you upon entering the dimension. You can float yourself and land onto a nearby island.

Features

The Star Haven dimension consists of a lot of floating islands of varying sizes. These islands come in many different variations and each feature their own unique variety of blocks, plants and trees. The islands are well detailed and looks really good.

By exploring the islands, you can find ruined structures that may offer some useful loot. Look out for small brick variant structures. You may find barrels inside them.

To leave the Star Haven, you have to craft the Stargate block. Right click on the block using a Azurite Crystal and stand on top of it to return to the overworld. Do the same using a Cosmium Gem and you can set your respawn point.

Furthermore, the mod features a large collection of new items. This includes many different blocks, armor, tools, weapons and other utility items.
