Feder's Scarecrows

Feder's Scarecrows adds scarecrows into your game. These scarecrows can be placed like armor stands and can be used to decorate your builds. But decoration isn't the only use for the scarecrows. They can also be used to scare away hostile mobs. The default scarecrow can be crafted using a leather tunic, three sticks and a carved pumpkin. This can then be placed anywhere to repel zombies. To repel more type of hostile mobs, you will have to change the scarecrow.
