Good Ending is a wonderful Vanilla Style mod that adds a whole lot of tweaks to vanilla biomes, a few new props that will appear on your world(such as boulders of all stone types), and blocks to come with that. It also brings a few new mobs to the table, such as Woodpeckers, swarms of Fireflies and the Marsh swamp monster. Fireflies can be used to make lanterns or transported with bottles to be placed wherever you want, and the Marsh is actually a scared-y little creature that allows you to coat your weaponry in potion effects.Besides the new mobs, this mod also adds multiple new forms of existing trees that grow when you plant their saplings on specific blocks, like the comforting yet somewhat exotic Muddy Oak Tree and its planks, stairs, etc. Speaking of wood sets, Good Ending also adds Cypress Trees, which have orange planks and a white bark. Lilypads have been changed to not break when you row your boat through them, and multiple new forms of them have also been added, having flowers of different colors. Cattails and all sorts of colored flower patches will also appear in your world.

The Searchlight & Wall Lights mod adds new lighting related items into your game. These can be used for both decoration as well as for normal lighting puposes. The searching is an item that projects a beam of light in a single direction. It can be crafted using 1 iron ingot, 4 iron nuggets, 1 torch and 3 glass blocks. When a player right-clicks a Searchlight block, it rotates in the direction of the player, changing the direction of the light beam. In 1.18, a Searchlight can be turned off by powering it with a redstone signal. This mod also adds wall lights. These look like buttons, but they cannot be pressed. Instead, they give off light. They come in 19 different colour and block variants, so that they can fit in anywhere. They can also be used for decoration purposes as they blend in really well with some builds.Take a look at the screenshots to see what you can expect from this mod. Light Overlay is an amazing utility mod that will help you find dark areas within your Minecraft world. All you have to do is to install this mod and hit the F7 key to turn on an overlay which will show you blocks that are dark enough for mobs to spawn. By default, this mod marks blocks using an grid overlay that marks dark blocks in a different colour. But you can use the config to switch this to numbers and each block will have an overlay that shows the light level of the block.
