The Circular Hotbar texture pack makes one change into your game, and it is exactly what it's name suggests. With this pack installed, your hotbar will now be a circle at the left-hand side of the screen. The experience bar and the hearts will now have a circular arrangement. Any potion effects on the player that creates a bar in the hotbar will also now be circular. The inventory HUD is unaffected by this pack.

Installation

Follow the procedures described below to install this texture pack into your game

1) Download the texture pack.

2) Most texture packs require Optifine, so make sure to install it.

3) Put the texture pack in .minecraft/resourcepacks folder.
