The Cosmetic Armor Reworked mod allows you to wear two sets of armor, one for display and one for protection. The mod also gives you the option to completely hide the armor so that you can show-off your cool Minecraft skin while still having the protection that your armor set provides. The armor that you use for cosmetic purpose will not have any effect on you. It will not reduce damage or stop attacks. When the player is killed, the cosmetic armor will drop. But you have the option to change that using the configs so that your cosmetic armor stays on even after you die. I find myself using this mod to show-off the shiny texture of the gold armor set while having my netherite armor protect me.This is a Forge mod and download links are given below,

Mouse Tweaks is a very helpful utility mod that can be used to save a ton of time and effort while dealing with inventories and while manually moving and sorting items. The mod replaces the standard right mouse button dragging mechanic, and adds two new left mouse button dragging mechanics. It also adds the ability to use the mouse wheel to quickly move items. If you hold the right mouse button and hover an item stack over an empty slot, an item will put into the slot. In vanilla, only one item will be put into a slot, but with this mod installed, you can hover over a slot for the second time to add more items. Next, you select an item and drag it across the inventory while holding left click and all items of the same type will be picked up. And there's more. If you use the Fabric modloader, then Mod Menu is a must have. Mod Menu does exacly what its name suggests. It adds a menu, which contains a list of mods that you have along with customization options that the mod privides. By using Mod Menu, you can even customize your mods in-game. All you have to do is to pause the game and select the "Mods" option from the list of options. This will open up a screen with a list of your mods. From this list, you can select a mod and customize it (if the mod provides an option to do that). Have you ever built an end based enderman XP farm? If you have, you might have noticed the heavy lag caused by the XP particles. In vanilla Minecraft, XP orbs have a cooldown. That means players will not pick up XP orbs immediately. There's a cooldown which will cause XP orbs to sorround the player and this results in a noticeable amount of lag and framedrops. The Clumps mod will help you overcome this issue by clumping the XP orbs into a single entity. Orbs that are near to one another will clumps into one. Also, these clumps are instanly picked up by the player upon contact as there is no cooldown. This reduces lag and improves your gameplay experience.This mod offers version for both Forge and Fabric. FastWorkBench is a Forge mod that improves the performance of all crafting related functions in Minecraft. The 1.12 update introduces a bug where shift-click crafting a stack of items causes a momentary freeze. This mod fixes that issue. FastWorkBench does more. The mod causes all crafting operations to cache the last recipe used. Hence, improving game performance. This mod will also remove the crafting recipe book button. The Toast Control mod is a simple mod that helps you adjust the appearance of Toasts. Toasts are the achievement bars that slide in onto your screen when you complete a specific achievement. Some of them are easy to unlock, while some are very hard. Toasts that appear after the completion of a hard achievement gives the player something to be proud of. But the easy ones are not-so-welcomed by many players as these are generally annoying. For example, a toast will appear when the player touches water for the first time in a Minecraft world and unlocks the recipe for boats. There are many other similar toasts that appear upon unlocking a recipe. This mod removes all of them. You can use a trapdoor trick to glitch your Minecraft character into a crawling position and crawl through 1 block tall spaces. You can also use water to get into a swimming position to acieve the same results. The Minecraft character can run, jump, swim and even fly using elytras. It only makes sense that the same player can also crawl on the ground. The GoProne mods adds an option to make your player go into crawn mode so that you can crawl through 1 block tall spaces without relying on glitches. Once you install the mod, head over to your control settings and assign a keybind to the crawn action. Builders and map makers love this mod alike. WorldEdit is an amazing utility mod that lets you build various large scale structures and perform operations using commands. This will eliminate the time consuming task of placing blocks by hand. Lets say you want to build a 100x100 area filled with stone blocks. Explorer's Compass adds one new item into your game. This is a compass that you can craft using four cobwebs, four cracked stone bricks and a regular compass. This new compass, called the "Explorer's Compass", will help you locate structures around your Minecraft world. First, you have to hold an explorer's compass in your hand and right click. This will open a GUI that shows you a list of all of the structures in game. The list will also include structures added by mods(if any). From this list, you can left click a structure to select it and simply press the "Start Search" button to start a search operation that will locate the selected structure that's nearest to you and display it's coordinates. Giselbaer's Durability Viewer is an amazing utility mod that helps you solve the issue of tools, weapons and armors breaking unexpectedly. The vanilla game already provides a durability bar. But it's tiny and often hard to notice. This mod solves all these issues by providing a highly customizable overlay that shows you item durability in numbers. Alongside, it also shows you your available inventory space and other details that are helpful. The durability values are shown in four different colours - green, white, yellow and red. Green colour represents a higher durability value, while red colour indicates that your tool/weapon/armor is closer to breaking. There's a warning sound when your tool reaches 10% durability. However, this value and the warning sound can easily be tweaked to your liking. If you want to replace the sound, open the .jar file in a zip utility (7zip, winzip, winrar, ...). and replace the assets/durabilityviewer/sounds/tool_breaking.ogg file with your own.This pack offers versions for both forge and fabric. With over 48 Million downloads, Nature's Compass has gained its place as one of the most downloaded mods of all time. The mod adds a single item into the game, and that's the Nature's Compass. This compass looks like a variant of the regular compass, but made of wood and has leaves growing on it. The compass is crafted using four saplings, four logs and a regular compass. You can use this compass to locate any biome in your Minecraft world, including biomes that were added by mods. All that you have to do is to right click while holding the compass to open a GUI. Within this GUI, you'll find a list of all the vanilla biomes and other biomes that were added by mods (if any). You can select a biome and then hit the locate button. The game will take a few seconds to locate the biome in the world and give you specific coordinates that will lead you to the biome that you chose. The SuperTools mod adds better and more efficient tools that can be crafted using already exisitng materials in Minecraft. Tool and weapon variants have been added for some more minerals like lapis lazuli, quartz, obsidian, redstone, emerald and copper. You can also craft armor sets using these minerals. Obsidian armors gives you fire resistance when you are wearing a full set. But it also gives you a level 2 slowness effect so that it isn't too overpowered.Super tools are a new variant of tools that are end-game content and they come with a lot of useful features. The super pickaxe can dig out a 3 x 3 area. Super axes will chop down the entire tree when you break just one block.
