Decorative Food Mod

If you want to showcase a certain food item in the game, you first have to place an item frame and then place the food item inside the item frame. This is the conventional way of showcasing food items in in-game shops and stalls. It can be said without a doubt that, even though this is the convention, this method of showcasing food items is not very visually pleasing.

The Decorative Food mod is here to change that. As the name suggests, this mod makes the food items in your game decorative.

Features

The mod makes all food items in the game placeable three-dimensional items. As seen in the image, everything from chickens, to cookies, to even milk buckets can now be placed and showcased in a beautiful manner. All of the three-dimensional food items have a vanilla-friendly appearance and will not look out of place.

This can be utilized for detailing in-game shops and food stall, or for any type of decoration in general. Fruits, berries and vegetables can be well utilized for environmental decoration in farms and such. Many of these items can be stacked, allowing for variation in appearance.

The amount of effort and dedication the creator has put into designing the 3D versions of these items is well noticeable. Soup bowls have their contents visible in the bowl, depending on the soup variant.

How to Place?

To place a food item, hold the food item in your hand, then sneak and right-click on a surface. This will place a three-dimensional food item on the surface.

The mod allows you to stack certain items. To stack a food item, you first have to place an item. To stack more items, point your crosshair at the existing item, then sneak and right-click. Note that only the same kind of item can be stacked in a block space.
