YUNG's Better End Island Mod

All of the dimension in the game have received updates in the recent years, except for the End. The End has remained the same ever since it was introduces into the game many years ago. Do you wish to see an updated End dimension?

If the answer is yes, YUNG's Better End Island mod is for you.

This mod solely focuses on upgrading the main End island. As soon as you are teleported to the Nether, you will be welcomed by the sight of sharp obsidian towers that now constitute the vanilla obsidian pillars. All of these spiked are very tall and have well detailed segments in them that enclose the End crystals.

Just like with the obsidian towers, an impressive amount of detailing can also be seen on the player spawn platform and the gateway portals. All of these structures are now enclosed by and decorated using End themed blocks. No new blocks are added. The mod utilizes only vanilla blocks for decoration.

The dragon does not immediately spawn upon entering the End. You need to move closer to the central portal for the dragon to be summoned. As you do so, you will notice that the central portal is now housed by a house-like structure that has entrances on four sides. Upon defeating the dragon, the return portal and the dragon will be generated inside this house.
