FTB Teams is a team mod used in many Feed the Beast Modpacks. It is used to create teams for many of the other mods in the FTB mod series, such as FTB Quests and FTB Chunks; teams have various roles in these, so FTB decided to make a team mod to do teamwork in a multiplayer server.To create a team, run the command“/ftbteams create name”This will create a new team. ConnectedTexturesMod is a mod which adds a new format of connected textures to make your game more advanced and give it the possibility to look nicer. It allows mods and resource packs to connect these textures and use the custom format.The mod lets you do many other things, such as emissive rendering, Fullbright and fading.
Most of the changes are made in JSON. You can either use CTM’s .mcmeta format (with the same name as the block/item, including the .png before the .mcmeta in the textures folder), similar to vanilla while adding more JSON to it (ctm tag is needed) or for some more advanced things, you may need to edit the actual JSON model for the item/block. Like other resource packs, this can work with mods, and some mods, such as Chisel, require CTM.
With the mcmeta format, you can change basic elements such as layers, the ctm version, and extras such as lighting info.

FTB Chunks is a chunk claiming and mapping mod designed for the FTB mod packs. Flywheel is a rendering engine for Minecraft allowing developers to create custom models and shaders in a high-performance way that is better than the vanilla rendering engine.
The rendering engine inside Minecraft is quite old and not optimised for advanced high-quality, highly detailed voxels. Flywheel was created so the developer could have fun with graphics programming while fixing the rending engine in the game.
Flywheel lets developers take advantage of GPU instancing and GPU optimisation in general to have better performance and to create customVertexesInstance formatsShadersand morein a more unified and powerful form of ingesting data.While you can still optimise for individual CPUs and GPUs, Flywheel is making abstraction interfaces to more easily access the GPU/CPU data. You need not worry about it while making shaders and rendering entities. Note that this functionality is still in progress and may not work well on all hardware.
Flywheel also adds enhancements to the vanilla rendering engine to make it faster.The mod does work with Optifine, but if you use Optifine+Shaders, Flywheel's optimisations will be disabled. Similar story to Iris Shaders; however, a mod called Iris & Oculus Flywheel Compat fixes this.
Flywheel is used in many popular mods such as Create, Calemi's Organized Crime, Integrated Dungeons and Structures, and many others.

Default Options is a mod for modpack makers which allows them to set default options without needing an options.txt file bundled (which means updates would override user changes if the options.txt is overwritten).
In vanilla, most options, like the key binds, are stored in a file called options.txt. Mudpack makers often change this file to make mod packs in a specific way that meets their vision. However, players may not like these changes and may want to change them. Changing the options would change the options.txt file. However, in a normal scenario, if the mudpack maker were to update the pack, the options.txt would be overwritten on the update erasing the player’s changes. Default Options changes this.
Instead of an options.txt file being bundled, a folder called defaultoptions exists in the config folder, which contains the default options which exist when 1st starting a pack. The defaults can be set with the /defaultoptions command (or /defaultoptions saveAll). This still saves the info from options.txt and also from servers.dat and more. Be sure you do NOT include these files in the game, as Default Options creates them if they do not exist and only if they do not exist. If they do exist, Default Options will do nothing, and you would be defeating the whole point of the mod.
Note: If you have FoamFix Anarchy Edition disable the config setting B:initOptions, or else you will have issues with Default Options.Requires Balm

Zombie Horses have existed in the game for a very very long time, but have you ever seen one in your survival world? I bet you haven't. Because these horses do not spawn naturally in vanilla survival Minecraft. To summon them, you have to either rely on commands or use spawn eggs. These Zombie Horses are one of the fastest modes of transport in the game and they do not even need to be tamed. It's a shame that they cannot be obtained in survival mode.With the Zombie Horse Spawn mod, you can tweak your game so that these horses spawn naturally in survival mode. Caelus API is an API that makes changes to Elytras to make its functionality available to other items more easily.Elytras currently works because they have a hard-coded flight functionality, which makes it hard for other modded items to use its functionality without copying some of the game's code or otherwise calling the Elytra code.To do this, Caleus creates an attribute called CaelusAPI.ELYTRA_FLIGHT, which enables one to access the flight functionality. The functionality has an integer that must be set to above 1 to be enabled; the default is 0.The vanilla Elytra has also been changed to use this instead. This could but is unlikely to cause issues with other mods.Caelus is not only for developers, though; it also adds some Quality of life changes to the player experience in the pre-1.16 game versions. Some of the features for players are:Turning flight on or off with a key bind (default v)Turning flight on or off with a key while in the air (Keybind must be set manually)Ability to use a key bind to activate Elytra flight instead of the weird jumping and fireworks movement (Must also be set manually)Caleus is used by many Elytra mods and even Origins and Thermal Craft.

The Mystical Agriculture Tiered Crystals mod adds a new layer of complexity to Minecraft. With this mod, players can craft five different crystals - Inferium, Prudentium, Intermedium, Superium, and Supremium - that are nested recipes, meaning that in order to craft the higher tier crystals, you must first craft the lower tier crystals. BdLib is a Scala Library used for various mods and adds different pieces of generic code.It is mostly written for bdew’s mods but under the MIT Licence, so anyone can use it if they give proper credit. The library contains many hooks which can be used for various things.
